We did try to make contact with you but were unsuccessful. Unfortunately, as much as we would like to control rates on an office level, we cannot. State Farm has its own system for rating, and we, as the office, provide you exceptional service. My agency has no ability to manipulate rates to keep premiums the same while still providing you more coverage. Receiving more coverage for the same amount of money would be extraordinary, but it is also not equitable.

As a property owner and businessman, I am sure you can understand that there is value in upgrading, and there is an expectation for an increase when you are providing more. I'm sorry your home is no longer with us, but we have limitations on what we are able to provide to you while still maintaining ethical insurance practices.
